Ice Castles | YEG

As I have mentioned in a previous post I really have taken it on to find all the fun and cool places to go in Edmonton. When you really take the time to get to know a city, it’s amazing the places you’ll find even if it’s somewhere you’ve lived basically your whole life.

Last winter I saw that the Edmonton Ice Castles were open in Hawrelak Park but sadly didn’t make it to them! This year I was like I NEED to go check it out. So, we did! Last Sunday, and they are magical.

If you are in Edmonton or surrounding areas I highly highly recommend going. (We went during the day, obviously, but if you choose to go at night they are all lit up as well!)

It’s so much fun to try out something different like this, and it was a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon with friends!
